- Have a list ready of local taxi and transportation companies on hand for your guests.
- Plan on offering nonalcoholic drinks as an option.
- Put a stop to serving alcohol well in advance of when your party will wrap up.
- If you drink, don’t drive.
- Plan your evening ahead of time and designate a sober driver before the festivities even begin.
- If you feel impaired, call a cab, use public transportation, or ask a sober friend or family member to come and pick you up.
- If you notice another guest too impaired to drive, don’t hesitate to take their keys away from them.
